2ND INTERNATIONAL LAND ART BIENNALE
10 – 17 AUGUST 2013

Site_Specific is a Not-For-Profit association promoting land art in Africa – facilitating, supporting and co-ordinating environmental art creators and patrons. Land art is particularly suited to merging perceptions regarding culture and nature, thus connecting community and conservation to the benefit of both human inhabitants and the environment.

The International Land Art Biennale is our flagship project, but we also create works in other locations such as the Karoo Geoglyph project in Richmond, the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil installation at the annual Woordfees in Stellenbosch, and the Ebenezer Land Art Residency in Plettenberg Bay. We are also proud to be a partner of the Eden to Addo Land Art Route.
